A global services leader is seeking a District Manager located in Bilbao, responsible for driving expansion in Northern Spain. You will lead the sales team, manage sales activities to meet targets, and maintain customer networks. The ideal candidate has a technical or commercial degree, B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach. This role requires leadership experience and good command of English. Willingness to travel extensively is essential.

Formación

  • University degree and/or relevant training combined with B2B sales experience.
  • Strong technical understanding and high level of confidence in negotiation.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Located in Bilbao, responsible for driving expansion and growth in Northern Spain.

Responsibilities
  • Lead your sales region, driving a winning mindset and development of your field sales team.
  • Take responsibility for your sales targets according to the planned budget and mid-term planning; initiate, manage, and control all sales activities along the business plan to further develop market position.
  • Maintain existing customer and distributor networks.
  • Derive regional strategies based on the company / division strategy, develop appropriate measures, and implement them together with your team.
  • Promote and coordinate cross-divisional activities.
Profile
  • Technical or commercial (specialized) university degree and / or relevant training combined with B2B sales experience and strong technical understanding.
  • High level of negotiation and acquisition confidence combined with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Initial leadership experience and sector-specific product knowledge are advantageous.
  • Independent and solution-oriented working style with the ability to structure and prioritize well.
  • Strong customer and service orientation.
  • Very good PC skills, especially MS Office and online (CRM) tools.
  • Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
