Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a visionary Lead UX Designer in León to define and drive the UX strategy across multiple digital products. You will guide design thinking, research users, map journeys, and create compelling wireframes and interactive prototypes.

A strong portfolio and leadership ability are essential. You will mentor a team of UX designers, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and promote user-centered design throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of UX design experience with at least 2 years in a lead/senior role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, interaction design, and visual design for digital products.
• Proficiency with UX tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting diverse user research and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation for various digital products.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture to inform design decisions.
