Talentchef busca un Diseñador/a Visual para unirse a su equipo creativo en Estepona. El candidato debe demostrar experiencia en diseño visual y maquetación editorial corporativa, con un portfolio que evidencie facilidad para crear diseños funcionales y bien estructurados.

Colaborarás estrechamente con el equipo creativo y otros departamentos. Entre las responsabilidades se incluyen diseñar materiales editoriales, mantener guías de la marca y gestionar múltiples proyectos con fechas límite,

Formación

• Título en Diseño Gráfico/Editorial o Diseño Digital.
• Formación especializada en Adobe InDesign.
• Experiencia en diseño editorial digital y maquetación de presentaciones corporativas.
• Dominio avanzado de InDesign (párrafo, carácter y estilos de objeto).
• Conocimiento de Photoshop e Illustrator.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar y maquetar materiales editoriales como presentaciones, informes de investigación, manuales operativos y otros contenidos digitales.
• Crear diseños claros y atractivos alineados con los estándares de calidad y pautas de la empresa.
• Organizar la información mediante una maquetación y jerarquía efectivas.
• Gestión visual de grandes volúmenes de contenido y simplificación visual.
• Aplicar de forma consistente plantillas y guías de la marca.

Diseñador/a Visual

At Talentchef we are looking for a Visual Designer to join our creative team in Estepona.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in visual design and corporate editorial layout, along with a portfolio that demonstrates the ability to create visually engaging, functional and well-structured designs. You will work closely with both the creative team and the different departments across the company.

Responsabilities

• Design and layout editorial materials such as presentations, market research reports, operational manuals and other digital content.
• Create clear, visually appealing designs aligned with the company’s quality standards and visual guidelines.
• Structure and organize information through effective layout and hierarchy.
• Visually manage and simplify large volumes of content.
• Ensure consistent application of corporate templates and brand guidelines.

What are we looking for in our Visual Designer?

• Degree in Graphic Design, Editorial Design or Digital Design.
• Specialized training in Adobe InDesign.
• Proven experience in digital editorial design and corporate presentation layout.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, including paragraph, character and object styles.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficiency in office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Keynote.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour and composition.
• Ability to turn complex information into clear, visually structured and easy-to-follow documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency across extensive documents.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, collaborating across different departments.
• A creative mindset with strong visual judgement suited to corporate environments.
• A high level of English, both written and spoken, is essential, as the role involves working regularly with English-language content.
