We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
What does this internship consist in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2025, and will last 11 months. It is a full-time experience (40h/week) with an attractive study grant.
General Procurement (GP) has the responsibility to manage the procurement of non-flying goods and services for the whole Airbus Group. The procurement activity is managed by commodities for the divisions listed below:

At the end of the internship, the jobholder will gain a good knowledge of the structure and way of working of the company and, in particular, the plants and programmes, with focus on the Capital Expenditure process at Airbus and how the company decides and manages future investments to meet strategic challenges and impact Procurement activities.
As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Educational Qualification: Business school or engineering graduate. English (negotiation level). Spanish: minimum B1 level.
Tools: Google Sheet / Excel, Google Slides, Analytics tools
Behavioral skills: Analytical skills, teamwork and transparency, sense of innovation, agility, customer-focused and solution oriented, while putting Airbus Group overall interest first, solution-oriented work style, ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. Also: analytical and problem-solving skills; team spirit and great collaboration skills.
