This role will involve strategic project delivery, account growth, and managing large engineering teams. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in technology consulting, strong technical expertise, and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Formación

• 10+ years of experience in technology environments.
• At least 5 years leading large engineering or delivery teams.
• Proven background in technology consulting.
• Strong technical expertise in web technologies and Microsoft ecosystems.

• Drive farming initiatives and identify new opportunities.
• Supervise and coordinate teams of 40–60 professionals.
• Ensure excellence in project delivery across Cloud, AI, and Big Data.
