Nextpower in Valencia, Spain is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Excellence & Reliability to lead the manufacturing quality and reliability strategy for inverter products produced by contract manufacturing partners.

You will build a culture of continuous improvement, establish manufacturing readiness, drive process capability and automation, own supplier quality performance, oversee CAPA and reliability programs, and guide executive reviews to ensure safety, performance and cost targets

Formación

• Experience in managing manufacturing excellence and reliability initiatives.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong background in APQP, FMEA, SPC, Lean and Six Sigma.

Responsabilidades

• Define the manufacturing excellence strategy and OKRs aligned with business goals.
• Establish manufacturing readiness requirements and approve production readiness for new products.
• Oversee process capability, drive automation and optimization.
• Own supplier and contract manufacturer quality performance and lead executive supplier reviews.
• Ensure robust CAPA and quality management systems across the lifecycle.
• Own product reliability strategy and review qualification programs.
• Drive warranty reduction initiatives and monitor field performance.
• Manage customer relationships for Manufacturing, Quality and Reliability engagements.

Job Description:The Director of Manufacturing Excellence & Reliability is responsible for developing and executing the manufacturing quality and reliability strategy for utility-scale inverter products produced by contract manufacturing partners.
