LCI Barcelona, the European hub of LCI Education, seeks a leader with a strategic vision to coordinate and develop its Interior Design area. You will inspire teaching teams, manage programmes from vocational to masters, and foster industry ties to drive market-relevant curricula.

The role requires strong teaching experience, an active professional network, and fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and English to maintain international collaboration and academic mobility across the network.

Formación

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture or related field.
• Demonstrable teaching experience; doctorate valued.
• Strategic vision and team leadership skills.
• Commercial orientation and industry connections.
• Active network of contacts in design sector.
• Proficiency in Catalan, Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Academic leadership: coordinate and plan all programmes in the area and promote new qualifications.
• Teach: recruit and plan teaching hours; run meetings with coordinators and management.
• Academic processes: verify official programmes, credit transfers and Erasmus management.
• Industry projection: represent the institution in design/architecture sector bodies and coordinate projects.
• Promotion and recruitment: present the area at Open Days and support programme actions.
• Quality and Innovation: define internship tutors and ensure programme quality.
