Ferrovial Energy is seeking a Digitalization & Process Intern to support the adoption of digital tools across renewable energy projects. This role offers hands-on experience in digital transformation, PM, and process optimization within a fast-growing international energy business.

The selected candidate will work with engineering, project and technical teams, helping improve project management through digital solutions and standardized processes.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Strong interest in digitalization, process improvement, and project management.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, Teams and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Exposure to SaaS platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Monday.com or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional support and user assistance for corporate and technical digital tools across energy projects.
• Support deployment, testing, and continuous improvement of digital solutions for project teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, project, and technical teams to translate business needs into digital solutions.
• Assist in data collection, organization, validation, and reporting activities.
• Support standardization of templates, reporting formats, document management, and project processes.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support project and digitalization follow-up.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and internal procedures.

Job Description: About the Role Ferrovial Energy is looking for a Digitalization & Process Intern to support the implementation and adoption of digital tools and process improvement initiatives across renewable energy projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in digital transformation, project management, and process optimization within a fast‑growing international energy business. The selected candidate will work closely with engineering, project, and technical teams, helping improve the way projects are managed through digital solutions and standardized processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and user assistance for corporate and technical digital tools used across energy projects.
• Support the deployment, testing, and continuous improvement of digital solutions, contributing to their successful adoption by project teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, project, and technical teams to understand business needs and help translate them into practical digital solutions.
• Assist in data collection, organization, validation, and reporting activities, ensuring data quality and traceability.
• Support the standardization of templates, reporting formats, document management practices, and project processes.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support project and digitalization follow‑up activities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and internal procedures.
• Assist senior team members in coordinating and monitoring digitalization initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in: Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in digitalization, process improvement, and project management.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Teams and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Exposure to SaaS platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Monday.com, or similar solutions is desirable.
• High level of English (B2-C1).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualification

Interest in Artificial Intelligence tools and their application to process optimization, digitalization, and operational efficiency improvement.
