Cognizant Spain is seeking a Pega Senior Architect to lead end-to-end BPM/Java/Cloud programs, mentoring engineers and engaging with senior stakeholders to shape delivery strategy.

You will drive solution design, manage cross-geography teams, and promote Agile practices while advancing AI/GenAI capabilities within BPM. English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus, and the role is remote from Spain.

Competenze

• 10+ years of IT delivery experience with BPM/Java/Cloud exposure.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end large programs or multiple projects.
• Strong technical background in Java/J2EE, REST APIs, and Cloud tech.
• Experience with Agile delivery models (Scrum/Kanban) and full SDLC.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders at technical and business levels.
• Experience leading global and distributed teams.
• English required; Spanish is a plus.
