A digital recruitment agency in Madrid is seeking a talented business developer to manage the recruitment process and implement commercial strategies. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish and has experience in a recruitment agency or startup environment. This role offers a flexible working environment with 50% remote work and private health insurance.

Define a commercial strategy to manage a client portfolio.
Develop your commercial activity by prospecting and opening new accounts.
Identify and define the best strategy for your hiring plan, implement the best way to screen candidate’s CV (sourcing, event, synergies, communities…), Get in touch and qualify your candidates (doing interviews) to support them in their job investigation you will act as real coach.
Optimize talent attraction and employer branding to find the best solution.
Build a trustful and strong relationships with your business partner to advise, influence and impact on the recruiting success.
Be a real leverage for your candidate’s career plan, building of social and trust relationships.
Governance : manage your business unit and choose the strategy to follow to duplicate your business
An open-minded and sociable person eager to participate in a challenging project by being rigorous and not giving up easily.
You have experience as a business developer for a recruitment agency or a startup. (International by speaking fluently English and Spanish.
