Role Description

We’re looking for a Process Owner – Digital Governance to help shape and strengthen our global digital governance framework. In this role, you’ll act as a key connector between strategy, technology, and operations — ensuring that governance processes truly enable business value across all different tech hubs.

Role

• Lead and evolve governance frameworks, ensuring digital policies align with business priorities and global standards.
• Oversee the portfolio of digital and data products, balancing global consistency with local needs and always keeping the end user in focus.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and digital value creation.
• Define and communicate clear governance principles and standards in collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and peer teams to support excellence in product execution and governance maturity.
• Monitor KPIs and performance indicators to assess progress and refine strategies based on measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital governance, process management, or transformation roles within international organizations.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, agile methodologies, and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with compliance, data protection, and cybersecurity standards.
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
