Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Spain seeks a Professional in Digital to support Maintenance and Fleet Management Systems, including evolutions and deployments. You will work with customers and development teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

We expect 2+ years in Manufacturing/Engineering, strong English, and knowledge of C# and CATIA. A hybrid working model and strong development prospects are offered.

Formación

• Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
• Experience: At least 2 years in Manufacturing, Engineering.
• Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.
• Languages: Advanced level in English.
• Technical knowledge: programming in C#, advanced level of CATIA

Job Description:

In this frame, the jobholder will be responsible for performing the following activities on time, on cost and on quality:

• System to Entry Into Service activities:
• Preparing and managing the System for the entry into service.
• Supporting the customer to ensure a successful entry into service.
• System Support:
• You will participate in the 2nd and 3rd support levels to the customer, being
• responsible for providing the customer with all necessary support to ensure right use of the system.
• New release or modules/projects development activities:

When a new release/project is launched, you will contribute carrying out the following tasks:

• Participating with the customer in the requirement definition,
• Developing functional analysis to describe the new functionalities
• Assisting the development team in preparing customer documentation and
• training,
• Preparing, validating and testing operational procedures related to the
• subject product or service,
• Ensuring the training to the Help Desk,
• Organizing the training.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be focus on supporting the definition, development and deployment for Maintenance / Maintenance engineering and Fleet Management Systems including its evolutions.

• Setting up and maintaining the necessary means in order to provide the best level of service for customers,
• Ensuring a good interface with the customers, and development teams.
• Defining integrated solution, including aircraft when it is needed.
• Developing functional analysis.
• Anticipate potential problems by means of a deep testing definition and execution.
• Correctly and rapidly analyzing the customer queries so that you can find the solution yourself or transfer the case to the right people,
• Correctly assessing the severity of problems (for prioritization when needed),
• Applying the correct support procedures and propose improvements.
• Identifying ideas for growing or reducing cost
• For Digital projects
• Providing end-to-end business project management throughout the project life cycle
• Scoping of digital projects with internal or external customers,
• understanding their individual requirements and creating accurate documentation (BRD,s) including rapid demonstrators applications
• Production of appropriate business documentation in support of projects including plans, risks, requirement specification dossier, budgets and external communications
• Organizing the user testing and guarantying the quality of delivery to client
• Writing periodical business project report
