About the role

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimize performance marketing and lead generation strategies across digital channels. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving qualified leads through paid media, automation, and analytics, while collaborating closely with Sales, Data, and external agencies to accelerate business growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads with an external agency.
  • Design and manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for strategic accounts.
  • Develop and monitor lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation workflows in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Ensure seamless CRM integration, proper lead tracking, and sales alignment (MQL → SQL conversion).
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROI, conversion rate) to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Oversee Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other analytics tools for accurate event tracking and attribution.
  • Collaborate with creative and content agencies to align digital assets with campaign goals.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and continuous performance improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in performance marketing, automation, and data analytics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication or similar.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on B2B lead generation and performance marketing.
  • Proven track record managing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns with agencies.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics) for lead segmentation and activation.
  • Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Data Studio, or Power BI for performance reporting.
  • Experience working with agencies.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
