Your mission
Digital Campaigns & Execution
- Co‑create B2B copy for the corporate website, LinkedIn, digital ads and email campaigns in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager, ensuring messaging is technically accurate, aligned, and approved for industrial audiences.
- Plan, execute and optimise email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automations (MailerLite, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Monitor and support ongoing improvements for social media campaigns (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Contribute to content planning by supporting content calendars, publication scheduling, and campaign follow‑up.
- Ensure brand consistency, tone of voice and messaging accuracy across all digital communications.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Track key digital metrics: traffic, engagement, CTR, conversions, SEO performance.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with key insights and learnings for review with the Marketing Manager.
- Recommend optimisation actions based on data trends and campaign outcomes, focusing on engagement and conversion improvements.
General Marketing Support
- Support supplier coordination (quotes, purchase orders, invoices) with ownership of follow‑ups and documentation.
- Assist with event coordination and administration (daily recaps, event documentation, logistics, meeting notes, materials, and post‑event actions).
- Maintain up‑to‑date marketing databases, mailing lists and partner portal assets.
- Support merchandise and print collateral production, including inventory tracking and restocking insights.
- Assist with internal marketing requests by gathering briefs, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress and supporting on‑time delivery.
Your profile
Experience
- 2‑4 years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or industrial technology environment.
- Solid understanding of email marketing, SEO fundamentals, and analytics.
- Experience managing digital content calendars and campaign performance.
- Comfortable working with multiple internal teams.
Studies
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Complementary studies or certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Analytics are a plus.
Knowledge
- Email marketing, social media strategy and performance analytics.
- Basic SEO/SEM principles and optimisation.
- CRM and marketing automation flows.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and digital user journeys.
