A leading multinational firm in Spain is seeking an experienced marketing professional to create and implement marketing strategies. You will lead marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with teams. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in a competitive environment and a strong background in digital and traditional marketing.

Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in competitive sectors.
  • Demonstrable experience in traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Solid experience in market research data analysis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for defining, implementing and monitoring marketing strategies to achieve the company's objectives. To make it possible, he or she will:

  • Be able to conduct market research, analyze customer trends and data to understand target consumer behavior
  • Establish key performance metrics, create and analyze KPIs.
  • Analyze results and adjust action plans to optimize strategy.
  • Detect market threats and develop actions to manage them appropriately.
  • Coordinate projects inside the organization and managing external partners, suppliers or consultants.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Marketing, Advertising or Related studies. Master's degree may be preferred
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing in highly dynamic companies with an excellent “go-to-market” operating in competitive environments (Retail, Consumer Goods, services)
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing traditional, digital advertising and multi-channel campaigns (social media, influencers, SEO/SEM and Google Analytics strategies).
  • Solid experience in market researches and data analysis to improve the value proposition and offering.
  • Familiarized with customer life-cycle / customer journey strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems.
  • Proven results in customer acquisitions and loyalty strategies developed for B2C businesses.
