We are building a new generation of (content) marketing teams around two pillars : Video content (short and long format) and SEO (call it GEO or your term of choice). We do new things every day, so we expect the ability to quickly learn new tactics and techniques as opportunities arise.

We’re offering a unique opportunity for an analytical and creative professional experienced in all‑things digital marketing, with a proven record of building online brands focused on B2B lead generation.

The role is based in Barcelona and involves managing a team of global freelancers and in‑house creatives in Manila, Philippines. Our market is global, with a primary focus on Western Europe and the US.

Responsibilities

• Creative direction
• Lead a team of copywriters to create SEO written content for our brand websites and video scripts
• Manage a production team including brand ambassadors, videographers, editors for short and long format
• Maintain and grow SEO optimized pages with focus on BOFU
• Manage external vendors including agencies
• Distribution : publishing of video content (short and long format) and optimization per channel
• Manage a feedback loop : analyze daily metrics of performance and optimize content in quick iterations
• Manage digital PR
• Push the ‘post’ button every day

Requirements

• Proven experience building brands or businesses online
• Proven experience managing websites and social media accounts
• Deep SEO fundamentals
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Deep analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to travel to Asia for 2‑3 months per year
• English proficiency. Spanish is a plus
• Ability to eventually relocate to sunny Barcelona
• Legal eligibility to work in Spain
