Job summary

Zurich Insurance Group’s Technology Delivery Center in Barcelona is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage content across global campaigns. You will publish pages, create newsletters, and support landing pages using Sitecore CMS and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The role requires hands‑on CMS skills, HTML/CSS/JS, and a data‑driven approach with Google Analytics. A flexible, hybrid work model and an international team await in a dynamic tech hub.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Fluent English; German skills are a plus.
• Hands‑on experience using a CMS to publish web pages and generate newsletters. Sitecore experience is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms to build and send newsletters and campaigns.
• Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript to adjust layouts and troubleshoot issues.
• Good knowledge of Photoshop to adapt imagery for online formats.
• Strong layout and design sense with usability in mind.
• Data driven mindset using Google Analytics to improve content performance.
• Knowledge of SEO and AEO principles for page optimization.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate on exciting projects, such as supporting global marketing campaigns by publishing and optimizing content across Zurich's external .com web channels.

• 0--2 years of experience in similar digital marketing or web content roles.
• University Degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Fluent English; German skills are a plus.
• Hands‑on experience using a CMS to publish web pages and generate newsletters. Experience with Sitecore is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms to build and send newsletters and campaigns.
• Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript to adjust layouts and troubleshoot issues.
• Good knowledge of Photoshop or similar tools to adapt imagery to different online formats (thumbnails, banners, hero images, etc.).
• A strong flair for layout and design, with an eye for usability and user experience.
• A data‑driven mindset and curiosity to use Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to improve content performance (bounce rate, page views, time on page, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and AEO/GEO principles would be a strong advantage when optimizing pages for search and user engagement.
