Requirements

• More than 4 years of experience in digital transformation.
• At least 2 years of experience in CRM functional consulting.
• Strong expertise in CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics at functional level, including customization and integration.
• Experience in communications with executive profiles.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, practical technical solutions.
• English and Spanish is a must.
• Although based in Barcelona, they work globally, so a willingness and ability to travel is a must.

Pluses

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• CRM platform certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified, Microsoft Dynamics Certified…) are highly desirable.
• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and scripting languages like Python or SQL.
• Fluency in French and / or Arabic is highly valued.
• Experience working with tech suppliers.
• Experience in digital transformation in FMCG sector.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work in cross‑functional and international teams.
• A results‑oriented attitude, with a focus on delivering impactful solutions for clients.
