Ic Resources busca un Ingeniero Líder Electrónico con experiencia para asumir la propiedad técnica de una plataforma de hardware de próxima generación y formar un equipo de ingeniería de alto rendimiento.

Trabajarás a nivel de sistema y en detalle, definiendo arquitecturas, resolviendo problemas de hardware y guiando a FPGA y equipos de software para integrar el sistema completo. Se valorará experiencia con GPUs NVIDIA y HPC.

Formación

• Experiencia probada liderando proyectos técnicamente exigentes y equipos multicisciplinares.
• Amplia experiencia en diseño digital de alta velocidad y desarrollo de PCB complejos.
• Experiencia comprobada llevando sistemas electrónicos complejos a integración, validación y depuración de hardware.
• Experiencia con GPUs NVIDIA y HPC sería muy valiosa.

Responsabilidades

• Tomar propiedad técnica de una plataforma de hardware de próxima generación y liderar arquitecturas.
• Depurar interfaces de alta velocidad y coordinar con FPGA y equipos de software para integrar el sistema.

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Electronics Engineer to take technical ownership of a challenging, next-generation hardware platform and play a key role in building a high-performing engineering team around it. You’ll operate at both system level and down in the detail — shaping architectures, solving complex hardware problems, debugging high-speed interfaces in the lab, and working closely with FPGA and software engineers to bring the complete system together. High-speed digital design and complex PCB development Technical leadership, mentoring and development of the engineering team A strong track record of leading technically demanding projects and multidisciplinary engineering teams Extensive experience in high-speed digital design and complex PCB development Proven experience taking complex electronic systems through integration, validation and hardware debug Experience with NVIDIA GPUs and high-performance computing would be highly valuable
