Burson is offering a 6-month paid internship in digital marketing based in Madrid. As an intern, you will support the team in tasks such as creating social media content strategies, managing editorial calendars, and analyzing publication performance.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and possesses a high level of English. You will receive mentoring from professionals, skills development workshops, and potentially future career opportunities as part of the internship program.

Formación

• Currently studying a Bachelor or Master degree related to communication or digital.
• High level of English required.
• Bilingual level in Spanish.

What You’ll Do

You will put into practice your knowledge by supporting our professional team in a variety of tasks:

• Collaborate in the creation of attractive content strategies for our clients’ social networks.
• Participate in the planning and management of editorial calendars, ensuring a constant and quality publication.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of publications, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Provide support in the implementation of advertising campaigns in social networks (Social Ads) and paid media (Paid Media).
• Research the latest trends in social media and digital marketing to apply them to our projects.
• Identify potential influencers and brand ambassadors that match the values and objectives of our clients.
• Provide support in the realization of results reports.

Requirements

• Currently studying a Bachelor or Master degree related to communication or digital.
• Spanish Bilingual level.
• High English level.
• Possibility to sign a 6‑month internship agreement from September.
• Half‑time availability in morning hours (9:00 – 14:00).
• Possibility to join our team in Madrid.
