Job summary

Airbus Helicopters España, SA in Albacete is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to join the Data & Analytics team onsite. You will guide an Agile Release Train, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure SAFe practices are followed to optimize velocity and product delivery.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in Agile leadership, experience with Jira, SAFe and SAP BI environments. Advanced Scrum Master certifications are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Agile Leadership, Coaching, or Scrum Master roles.
• Technical expertise in extended Scrum frameworks, SAFe principles, and agile governance.
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira) to track PI delivery, dependencies and metrics.
• Background or strong functional knowledge within Data & Analytics and SAP BI environments.
• Advanced Scrum Master certifications (PSM/SASM/SSM) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Guide and facilitate all extended Scrum and Agile ceremonies for a Data & Analytics squad of 10 people.
• Ensure the agile framework is strictly followed to optimize team velocity and sprint commitments.
• Remove impediments and protect the squad from external distractions.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, Product Owners, and Domain Leaders to refine and maintain the backlog.
• Monitor squad performance, velocity metrics and risks to management.

You will join the Data & Analytics team.

In this role, you will act as a Scrum Master within an Agile Release Train.

Your challenges

• Guide and facilitate all extended Scrum and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives) for a Data & Analytics squad of 10 people .
• Ensure the agile framework is strictly followed to optimize team velocity, secure sprint commitments, and deliver high-quality SAP BI products .
• Protect the agile squad from external distractions and actively remove architectural or organizational impediments hindering daily progress .
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Product Owners, and Domain Leaders to refine, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog .
• Monitor and report squad performance, velocity metrics, and risks to management during weekly run mode general interfaces .

Your profile

• Min. 5 years of professional experience in Agile Leadership, Coaching, or Scrum Master roles .
• Technical expertise in extended Scrum frameworks, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles, and agile governance .
• Hands-on experience working with Agile project management tools (such as Jira or Agility) to track PI delivery, dependencies, and metrics .
• Background or strong functional knowledge within Data & Analytics domains and SAP BI product environments .
• Advanced Scrum Master certifications (e.g., PSM, SASM, SSM) are highly desirable .
