European Blockchain Convention is Europe’s main event for digital assets, bringing together thousands of institutions, founders, investors, and policymakers in Barcelona every year. We are looking for a Digital Assets Growth Specialist to help execute the marketing and growth plans behind European Blockchain Convention and Digital Assets Forum.

You will convert plans into high‑quality execution across content, campaigns, audience acquisition and market expansion.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in marketing or growth, with 1–2 years in blockchain or Web3.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus; B2B events experience is a strong plus.
• Demonstrates autonomy, judgment, and end-to-end campaign ability.
• Knowledge of digital assets or financial markets is a plus.

European Blockchain Convention (EBC) is Europe's main event for digital assets, bringing together thousands of institutions, founders, investors, and policymakers in Barcelona every year.

Alongside EBC, we run the Digital Assets Forum, a growing platform at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets in London, Abu Dhabi and New York.

We are a small, fast-moving team where every person has real ownership and real impact on what tens of thousands of people in the industry see, read and attend.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Digital Assets Growth Specialist to help execute the marketing and growth plans behind European Blockchain Convention and Digital Assets Forum.

The goal is simple: help us reach more of the right people and convert that attention into event registrations and ticket sales.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, who sets the strategy, priorities, targets and campaign plans. Your role is to turn those plans into high-quality execution across content, campaigns, audience acquisition and market expansion.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Help grow our brands across new countries and audiences
• Research new markets and identify relevant companies and opportunities for growth
• Execute campaigns to drive registrations and ticket sales
• Create social posts, ads, landing pages, videos and other event marketing content
• Turn speakers, attending companies, agenda topics and industry news into compelling campaigns
• Adapt campaigns for different countries, audiences and financial hubs
• Support the GTM execution
• Keep websites and campaign pages updated
• Use AI, Canva, Figma and other tools to produce content and assets quickly

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3-5 years of marketing or growth experience, ideally with at least 1–2 years in blockchain, crypto, digital assets, fintech or Web3. You understand the ecosystem, its players and its language. Events or B2B experience is a strong plus.
• Genuine fluency with AI tools for content, research and automation. Not just having tried ChatGPT, but having built real workflows around it.
• Autonomy and judgment: you spot problems and opportunities before anyone points at them, propose solutions, and deliver without hand-holding.
• Native-level or fully professional English; Spanish is a plus.
• Comfort with the intensity of event cycles: calm under deadlines, energized by launch weeks
