Your Mission:

You will build lasting partnerships with high‑value clients. Your focus is on understanding their ambitious goals and architecting Google Ads strategies that deliver tangible, long‑term growth. This means providing consultative support, optimizing sophisticated campaigns, and conducting regular strategic reviews to ensure continuous performance improvement.

Who You Are:
  • You have a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing.
  • You speak German at a fluent/C2 level and have a high level of English.
  • You have 1‑2 years of experience in sales, online advertising, or digital marketing.
  • You possess a solid background in Google Ads and digital strategy.
  • You have a proven ability to build trust and provide high‑level, strategic consultations.
