Insud Pharma is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join its AI Labs team in Spain. You will build and manage the infrastructure for hosting Web, AI, and Data Science applications across business units, focusing on deployment, monitoring, and security.

You will collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and product managers, managing cloud environments in Azure and AWS and enabling CI/CD workflows. Fluency in Spanish/English is valued. Permanent contract in Madrid area.

30 people — AI Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers — building GenAI and LLM-powered tools that reach real users across trial design, patient recruitment, monitoring, and site operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our Applied AI Team. The ideal candidate will have a background in computer engineering and networking, and experience working with Software or Data teams.

As a DevOps at AI Labs, you will be tasked with supporting engineers, data scientists and product owners in delivering AI applications across business units within our company, including Regulatory, Business Intelligence, Clinical Trials, and Drug Manufacturing.

Your focus will be on building infrastructure for hosting Web, AI, Data Science applications and agents. From data acquisition and infrastructure requirements, through deployment, monitoring, and security.

You will work alongside Data Scientists, AI Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Product Managers who are equally committed to delivering high-quality work.

The office is located in central Madrid (Chamberí, near Eloy Gonzalo), well connected and situated in a vibrant part of the city.

Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to ensure infrastructure requirements are fully understood and meet development goals.
Manage our Cloud Infrastructure in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Service.
Support engineers and data scientists with IT related tasks, incl system administration, productionization, and maintenance of AI services.
Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Ensure seamless integration and deployment of code changes from development to production environments.

Proficient in Spanish and English in written and verbal communication.
Proven experience in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP or Azure), with services like AKS/EKS, Azure App container/Lambdas, API Management, Blob Storage/S3, SQL, Azure Monitor/Cloudwatch, AD and Security Center.
General understanding of Linux, Python and Web technologies.
Experience in agile development, including issue tracking software such as Jira.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker)
Knowledge of CI/CD tools, such as Github Actions.
Knowledge of monitoring tools, such as Grafana.
Flexible start time from Monday to Friday
