AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to manage migrations, ensure production reliability, and drive automation across CI/CD and GitOps workflows. You will support weekend migrations, on‑call rotations, and incident response while improving observability and Kubernetes infrastructure.

The role requires weekend availability for migrations, strong scripting skills, and solid experience with AWS, CI/CD systems, and IaC. Join a people‑first team with growth opportunities and flexible work options.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Migrate applications between environments; migrations often on weekends and require weekend availability.
• Monitor production and staging environments in real time to ensure high availability and performance.
• Respond to incidents, perform triage and RCA, and contribute to post‑incident reviews.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation with defined SLAs.
• Handle ad‑hoc operational requests from Product, Support, and internal teams.
• Maintain and enhance monitoring, alerting, dashboards, logs, and metrics.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, production releases, and GitOps workflows.
• Contribute to automation efforts to reduce toil and improve IaC practices.
• Maintain Kubernetes‑based infrastructure and containerized workloads.
