Job summary

Kyndryl in Madrid is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run software delivery and infrastructure. You will automate tasks, improve CI/CD and help teams ship software safely. You will learn from senior engineers and take on growing ownership of tooling.

You will work with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Jenkins, and IaC tools like Terraform/Ansible, plus monitoring with Prometheus or Grafana. English and Spanish are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins).
• Working knowledge of containers and at least one cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Familiarity with at least one Infrastructure as Code tool (Terraform, Ansible or equivalent).
• Comfortable with Git, and able to read and write code, not only YAML.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional working English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and keep them reliable.
• Automate deployment and operational tasks to accelerate delivery.
• Help QA integrate automated quality gates into the flow.
• Support container-based and serverless environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Contribute to observability and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Collaborate with development and operations to reduce delivery friction.
