INNOCV Solutions is seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong experience in cloud environments and infrastructure automation to join our distributed systems teams. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes, and apply IaC practices using Terraform.

We value collaboration across multiple teams, proactive automation, and continuous learning. The role offers flexible hours, training budgets, and engaging company events in Madrid.

Formación

• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and culture.
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC and Agile methodologies (SCRUM).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines in production environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Git and Linux systems.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting production systems.
• Nice to have: observability tools, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD.
• Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset focused on automation and continuous improvement.
• Curiosity for new technologies and modern DevOps practices.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong experience in cloud environments and infrastructure automation, capable of working in complex distributed systems and collaborating across multiple teams.

• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and culture.

• Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
