Acid Tango, estudio de producto digital, busca un Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer para diseñar y evolucionar infra cloud principalmente en AWS y continuar con automatización, observabilidad y pipelines CI/CD.

Trabajarás con Docker, Kubernetes y herramientas de monitoreo, instrumentando aplicaciones para obtener métricas y KPI’. El rol ofrece flexibilidad y posibilidad de trabajo desde casa, con un equipo internacional y proyectos desafiantes.

Formación

• Seas senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer con 4+ años de experiencia en roles similares.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, construir y evolucionar infra cloud y plataformas en AWS.
• Automatizar aprovisionamiento y configuración con Infra as Code.
• Diseñar y mantener pipelines CI/CD y estrategias de despliegue.
• Trabajar con entornos contenerizados (Docker y Kubernetes).
• Implementar y evolucionar soluciones de observabilidad (Datadog, CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry).
• Instrumentar aplicaciones para recoger métricas técnicas, operativas y de negocio.
• Definir KPIs, SLIs y SLOs junto a ingenierí­a y stakeholders.
• Diseñar logging estructurado y estrategias de recolección de métricas.
• Analizar logs, trazas y métricas para mejoras de fiabilidad y rendimiento.
• Colaborar con ingenieros para instrumentar Python, Java y TypeScript.
• Construir pipelines de datos ligeros para datos operativos cuando sea necesario.
• Contribuir a buenas prácticas de arquitectura de nube, automatización y seguridad.
• Solucionar problemas complejos across infraestructura y servicios distribuidos.

In every project, we search for the perfect harmony between simplicity, aesthetics, and technology. We're currently looking for a Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer to join our team. We're looking for someone with a strong cloud and infrastructure background who is also comfortable working with observability, application instrumentation and operational data. You'll help us design, automate and evolve cloud platforms while improving how our systems are monitored, measured and understood. You'll work across infrastructure, CI/CD, observability and reliability, collaborating closely with software engineers and product teams in complex cloud environments.

What you’ll do

• Design, build and evolve cloud infrastructure and platform solutions, primarily on AWS.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Work with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement and evolve observability solutions using Datadog, CloudWatch and OpenTelemetry.
• Instrument applications to collect technical, operational and business metrics.
• Work with APM, Custom Metrics, Distributed Tracing, logs and dashboards to provide visibility into distributed systems.
• Define and implement KPIs, SLIs and SLOs together with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Design structured logging and metrics collection strategies.
• Analyze logs, traces and metrics to identify reliability, performance and scalability improvements.
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve instrumentation across Python, Java and TypeScript services.
• Build lightweight data pipelines or ETL processes for operational and observability data when required.
• Help define and promote best practices around cloud architecture, automation, reliability, security and observability.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across applications, infrastructure and distributed services.

What we’re looking for

• ~4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, SRE or similar role.
• ~Strong hands‑on experience with AWS and cloud‑native architectures.
• ~Experience with Infrastructure as Code, ideally Terraform.
• ~Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• ~Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• ~Strong Linux and Git knowledge.
• ~Hands‑on experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Datadog.
• ~Experience with APM, Custom Metrics, Dashboards, logging and Distributed Tracing.
• ~Understanding of OpenTelemetry and modern application instrumentation.
• ~Experience defining or working with SLIs, SLOs and operational KPIs.
• ~Scripting or development experience with Python.
• ~Good understanding of distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• ~Ability to troubleshoot systems across infrastructure, networking and application layers.
• ~Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Nice to have: Experience with Datadog SDK and advanced application instrumentation.
• Experience with AWS CloudWatch and its integration with Datadog.
• Familiarity with Java and/or TypeScript.
• Experience with SQL and working with operational data.
• Experience building ETL or data pipelines.
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Knowledge of traffic management and communication between distributed services.
• Experience working with Helm or other Kubernetes tooling.
• Experience with cloud security, IAM, networking and infrastructure governance.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into measurable technical or operational KPIs.
