Nationale-Nederlanden in Madrid is looking for a skilled DevOps/Cloud Engineer to ensure a stable and secure IT service for both internal and external customers. You will manage AWS infrastructure and create CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes deployments.

DevOps/Cloud Engineer

Responsible for ensuring a stable, secure, and resilient IT service for internal and external customers, supporting the company’s infrastructure across cloud, CI/CD, and Kubernetes platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AWS infrastructure as code to provide secure and operational services.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying containerized workloads to a Kubernetes cluster.
• Share knowledge and provide support across teams, other business units, and the group.
• Execute release runbooks to promote changes to different environments, especially production.
• Manage cloud costs to stay within budget.
• Ensure infrastructure security and compliance by design.
• Prioritize tasks on the Kanban board to align with company strategy.
• Participate in on‑call duties for 24/7 Level 2 support of production workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field.
• Cloud certifications.
• Minimum five years of experience managing cloud environments and projects in Kubernetes, including architecture, operations, deployments, and debugging.
• Passionate about technology, staying current with market trends and new technologies to drive innovation and improve efficiency.
