A leading digital marketing agency is looking for a remote Designer specializing in high-converting landing and offer pages. You will collaborate with a team of marketers to optimize conversion rates while applying principles of consumer psychology. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in ecommerce, is proficient in Figma and Photoshop, and possesses a strong portfolio. At Digital Ride, the Marketing team is the engine that powers growth, and our CRO Designers are the architects who turn clicks into customers. They are relentless experimenters, obsessed with crafting landing pages and funnels that don’t just look beautiful — they convert at scale. You’ll be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing high‑converting presell pages, offer pages, and checkout flows. You’ll work closely with our growth managers and creative team to transform insights into designs that improve conversion rate, average order value, and revenue per session. Full training on our 8‑figure DTC methods will be provided.
You need to be a creative thinker who can design for direct response advertising and understands how to motivate action. You should have a proven track record designing for DTC brands and improving revenue / session through A/B testing and optimization. You should be highly skilled in Figma and Photoshop, able to deliver polished, developer‑ready assets. You’ve got to be ambitious and collaborative, working seamlessly with marketers, copywriters, and developers to build funnels that scale. You should be curious, data‑driven, and eager to optimize every detail for maximum performance. Strong understanding of UX principles, consumer psychology, and persuasion tactics is essential.
