Black & White Engineering is seeking a Design Manager to lead the design management of major data centre projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage interfaces and keep design progress moving from concept through construction.

In this role you’ll partner with engineers, clients and stakeholders to maintain design quality, minimise risk and drive timely delivery. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design activities across complex engineering projects.
• Manage design programmes, milestones and deliverables to support successful project execution.
• Identify and manage design risks, interfaces and coordination challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate design reviews and technical workshops with internal teams, clients and stakeholders.
