King Agro Europa, S.L. in Valencia, Spain, seeks a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to design and revise components using composite materials. You will generate concepts, create detailed 3D models, and produce GD&T-compliant drawings using Creo Parametric. The role includes hand calculations and material selection for laminate designs.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience, strong knowledge of mechanical behavior, and excellent teamwork with English at least B2 level.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in component design.
• Proficient in Creo Parametric for 3D CAD.
• Solid understanding of stress-strain behavior, fatigue, and failure criteria.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• English proficiency with at least B2 level.

Responsabilidades

Within the Product Engineering department, the primary responsibility is to design and revise components utilizing composite materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept generation and development.
• Creation of detailed 3D models.
• Preparation of comprehensive part and assembly drawings in accordance with GD&T company drafting standards.
• Conducting preliminary design analyses through hand calculations.
• Selection of appropriate materials and laminate design.
• Providing support on the shop floor.
• Maintenance and improvement of existing designs.
• Involvement in structural testing, both destructive and non-destructive.
• Offering assistance with additional design tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in component design.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically Creo Parametric.
• Strong understanding of the mechanical behavior of materials, including stress-strain relationships, failure criteria, and fatigue.
• Expertise in composite materials.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate initiative.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with a minimum level of B2.
