King Agro Europa S.L. is seeking a design-focused engineer to join the Product Engineering department. You will design and revise components using composite materials and create detailed 3D models, along with GD&T compliant drawings and hand-calculated analyses.

You will select materials and laminate designs, support shop floor activities, maintain existing designs, and participate in both destructive and non-destructive testing. Collaboration and initiative are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelors in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• “1–3 years of experience in component design.”
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software (Creo Parametric).
• Solid understanding of stress–strain, failure criteria and fatigue.
• Expertise in composite materials.
• Strong communication and teamwork with initiative.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken (B2).

Within the Product Engineering department, the primary responsibility is to design and revise components utilizing composite materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept generation and development.
• Creation of detailed 3D models.
• Preparation of comprehensive part and assembly drawings in accordance with GD&T company drafting standards.
• Conducting preliminary design analyses through hand calculations.
• Selection of appropriate materials and laminate design.
• Providing support on the shop floor.
• Maintenance and improvement of existing designs.
• Involvement in structural testing, both destructive and non-destructive.
• Offering assistance with additional design tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in component design.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically Creo Parametric.
• Strong understanding of the mechanical behavior of materials, including stress‑strain relationships, failure criteria, and fatigue.
• Expertise in composite materials.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate initiative.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with a minimum level of B2.
