What you’ll do?

The Presales Engineer acts as a technical expert who works closely with the sales team to support the sales process by providing technical knowledge and solutions to potential customers. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business objectives.
• Conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
• Performing solution design and ensuring product compatibility with the client’s factory.
• Working closely with internal departments to communicate client feedback and requirements.

What you’ll bring?

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a Design Engineer or similar position.
• Extensive experience in automated production lines, particularly in fruit sorting equipment, bottled beverage packaging lines, and logistics automation systems.
• Hands‑on experience with product demonstrations and solution design.
• Familiarity with 2D and 3D drafting software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to non‑technical audiences.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer‑focused solutions.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
