An international technology company located in Fregenal de la Sierra, Spain, is seeking a Presales Engineer to support the sales process with technical expertise. This role involves understanding customer needs, conducting product demos, and collaborating with internal teams. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience in automated production lines, particularly in fruit sorting equipment. Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation or a related field.
• Previous experience in a design engineer or similar position.
• Extensive experience with automated production lines for fruit sorting.

What you'll do?

• The Presales Engineer acts as a technical expert who works closely with the sales team to support the sales process by providing technical knowledge and solutions to potential customers.
• This includes understanding customer requirements, visiting customer's factory, preparing technical proposals, delivering product demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries, and creating customized solutions that meet client needs.
• The Presales Engineer plays a crucial role in building customer confidence and ensuring that the proposed solution aligns with the customer's technical and business objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business objectives.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
• Perform solution design and ensure product compatibility with client factory.
• Work closely with internal departments to communicate client feedback and requirements.

What you'll bring?

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Automation or a related field.
• Previous experience in a design Engineer or similar position.
• Extensive experience in in automated production lines, particularly in fruit sorting equipment, bottled beverage packaging lines, and logistics automation systems.
• Hands-on experience with product demonstrations and solution design.
• Familiar with the 2D and 3D drafting software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).

Salary

Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
