• Experience leading engineering teams through Generative AI.
• Expertise in quantifying efficiency gains from technical initiatives.
• Strong understanding of security risks and governance for third-party AI tools.
• Exceptional communication to connect technical and business strategies.
• Experience across diverse tech stacks, guiding teams in frameworks.
• Deep experience in large-scale systems architecture and cloud ecosystems.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
