Atradius IT Services (ITS) Demand & Portfolio Management unit is seeking a Demand Manager team leader to drive ideas across the portfolio, supervise Demand Managers, and support governance and reporting.

You will collaborate with business and ITS stakeholders, translate ideas into business cases, manage resources and budgets, and help transition demands into executable plans.

Formación

  • 7+ years in project management or business analysis roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Knowledge of project planning and dependency mapping.
  • Ability to analyze demand data to inform proposals.
  • Excellent English communication at all levels.
  • Good financial management knowledge and value for money.
  • Understanding of resource and capacity management.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop ideas into clear business cases, including identifying business requirements, assessing and validating technical proposals, creating a high‑level implementation approach, establishing resource and budgetary requirements, reviewing impact on the overall portfolio, and documenting operational delivery impacts.
  • Convey proposed demands clearly to stakeholders and decision‑makers as part of approval.
  • Support ITS Project Managers in transitioning demands into executable project plans, quantifying scope, deliverables, budget and resources.
  • Contribute knowledge and support to the DPM team and wider ITS unit.

Department Description

As part of the IT Services (ITS) Unit, the Demand & Portfolio Management (DPM) team’s primary objective is to manage and prioritise change demands and projects across the Atradius Business and IT portfolio. The team engages directly with both business and ITS stakeholders to collate and capture new ideas and opportunities and develop them into clear demands aligned with strategic goals. They work closely with the ITS Project Delivery team to support evaluation and reporting on delivery, ensuring governance and alignment to portfolio policy. The team also supports resource allocation for demand and project delivery.



Job Description

Knowledge, Skills and Experience


  • 7+ years in project management or business analysis roles, ideally with a relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to manage expectations against strategic goals.

  • Good understanding of project planning and dependency mapping and the ability to develop high‑level implementation plans.

  • Ability to analyse demand‑related data to develop proposals and recommendations aligned with strategic goals.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English) and ability to forge relationships and communicate at all levels, including visualisations.

  • Good financial management knowledge to assess impact and value for money of demand implementation.

  • Understanding of resource and capacity management principles to identify constraints and gaps.

  • Proactive and independent working style with strong situational analysis and decision‑making.

  • Understanding of modern and classical business and IT architectures.

  • Experience in consultancy, financial services, banking or insurance.
