Job summary

Grupo Planeta, a través de DeAgostini Coleccionables, busca un Demand Planner para gestionar la demanda y planificar compras y tiradas en los mercados donde se comercializan sus publicaciones, desde la oficina de Barcelona.

Reportarás al Manager de Distribución y Ventas y colaborarás con Marketing, Compras, Stocks y Control de Gestión para crear predicciones, automatizar procesos y generar informes mensuales.

Qualifications

• Título universitario en ingeniería/área científica (Industrial, Estadística, Matemáticas, ADE, Economía or ITM).
• Master o posgrado en Supply Chain, BI u Operations Management.
• Alto nivel de inglés.
• Usuario avanzado de Excel; deseable PowerBI, Oracle SmartView y Qlik.
• 1 año de experiencia en análisis o planificación.
• Gran capacidad analítica y de gestión.
• Creativo, decisivo, proactivo, orientado a mejora continua, multitarea y capaz de adaptarse a entornos cambiantes.

Responsibilities

• Creación de algoritmos de demanda predictiva.
• Automatización de procesos y herramientas para análisis y medición de resultados.
• Revisión de proyectos y apoyo al área de Marketing en definición de objetivos de ventas.
• Análisis estadístico de resultados para predecir comportamientos y corregir desviaciones.
• Monitoreo de KPIs de áreas de Ventas y Distribución.
• Cálculo de necesidades óptimas de compra e tiradas de impresión.
• Seguimiento de inventarios, predicción de roturas, reposición y cálculo de excedentes para reutilizar materiales.
• Revisión de resultados mensuales y generación de informes para Marketing y Control de Gestión.

DeAgostini Coleccionables is looking for a Demand Planner, based in our office in Barcelona.

Reporting directly to the Manager of Distribution and Sales, and working closely with the Marketing, Purchasing, Stocks and Management Control departments, your main mission will be the management of demand and the planning and procurement of materials in the markets where the Company's publications are marketed.

Your Day To Day Will Consist Of

• Creation of predictive demand algorithms.


• Automation of processes and creation of tools for analysis and measurement of results.


• Project review and support to the Marketing area in the definition of sales objectives.


• Statistical analysis of results to predict behavior and correct deviations.


• Monitoring of kpi's of Sales and Distribution areas.


• Calculation of optimal needs of purchases and print runs.


• Inventory tracking, breakage prediction, replenishment and calculation of surpluses in order to reuse materials.


• Monthly results review and generation of reports for the Marketing and Management Control Departments.

Requisitos

• University degree in the scientific area (Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics or ITM).


• Master or Postgraduate degree specialized in Supply Chain, Business Intelligence, or Operations Management.


• High level of English.


• Advanced user of Excel and desirable in PowerBI, Oracle SmartView and Qlik.


• 1 year of experience in analysis or planning tasks.


• Great analytical and management skills.


• Creative, decisive, proactive, focused on continuous process improvement, multi-tasking, and used to working in changing environments and under pressure.
