Playson is seeking a delivery-focused leader who owns end-to-end delivery for a defined games/features/platform area. You set timelines, remove blockers, and ensure release readiness from requirements through production. You’ll work with product, engineering, QA and client teams and report directly to the VP of Delivery.

The role emphasizes ownership, blockers detection, and clear communication of risks, with a strong focus on quality and product understanding.

Formación

3+ years in engineering delivery or delivery leadership with outcome ownership.
Able to identify blockers early and communicate risks clearly.
Experience coordinating across engineering, product and QA teams.
Strong communication skills with VP-level updates.
Interest in the product and delivering high quality, not just processes.
Nice to have background in gaming / regulated products.

Responsabilidades

Own end-to-end delivery for a defined area from requirements to production.
Map and fix workflow blockers; ensure a clear path to delivery.
Collaborate with product, engineering, QA and client teams; report to VP of Delivery.
Develop and communicate a realistic delivery forecast; ensure release readiness.
