Overview

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as Delivery Lead. We are seeking a Senior Technology and Delivery Leader with deep experience in the Manufacturing domain to lead end-to-end account delivery and drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for owning client relationships, delivery excellence, and technology strategy across complex manufacturing engagements, including smart factory, Industry 4.0, and enterprise transformation programs.

Responsibilities
  • Delivery & Account Leadership — end-to-end delivery for strategic manufacturing accounts, ensuring quality, timeliness, governance, and financial performance.
  • Lead large, multi-disciplinary delivery teams across engineering, digital, data, and enterprise platforms.
  • Ensure delivery consistency across programs, managing risks, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Technology & Transformation — Define and drive technology strategy and roadmaps aligned with manufacturing business objectives.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives including Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, IoT, AI / ML, MES, PLM, ERP (SAP / Oracle).
  • and cloud platforms — Ensure scalable, secure, and resilient architecture aligned with enterprise and OT / IT integration needs.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management — Act as a trusted advisor to senior manufacturing executives (CIO, CTO, COO, Plant Heads).
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships, identifying growth and transformation opportunities.
  • Represent the organization in executive forums, steering committees, and governance meetings.
  • Governance & Financial Management — Own delivery governance, commercial management, budgeting, forecasting, and margin performance.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, security, and regulatory requirements relevant to manufacturing environments.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery models, processes, and operational excellence.
  • Leadership & People Development — Mentor and develop senior delivery leaders, architects, and engineering managers.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and customer value.
  • Support talent strategy, workforce planning, and capability development in manufacturing technologies.

  • Strong background delivering large-scale technology and digital transformation programs in the Manufacturing domain.
  • Proven success in client-facing roles managing complex, multi-year engagements.
  • Experience leading large, globally distributed teams.
