Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Own a Portfolio: Manage a portfolio of restaurant clients, acting as their trusted advisor and strategic partner. You will be responsible for the Delivery Channel of our customers (aka Heroes in theRest) while supporting them with any other solution they might need.
  • Drive Client Success: Implement best-in-class delivery strategies, optimize operational workflows, and improve overall restaurant performance.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster and maintain excellent relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and key stakeholders through proactive communication.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data to identify areas for improvement, develop actionable insights, and track progress towards achieving client goals.
  • Process Improvement: Design and implement standardized processes and best practices to streamline delivery operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to provide the most effective and up-to-date solutions.
Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: 3 years of experience in a high-performance consulting or tech environment preferably within the food and beverage, hospitality, or on-demand delivery sectors.
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong project management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Highly analytical and data-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel is essential.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Results-Oriented: Driven to achieve ambitious goals, with a strong work ethic and a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish is required. English proficiency is essential. Catalan is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite.
