Job summary

Warren Maritime seeks a capable Deck/Stewardess for a private/charter yacht, based in Palma. The role focuses on housekeeping and high service standards, with hands-on work across deck and interior as needed.

Candidates should have 1–2 seasons of yacht experience, tender driving skills, and be flexible to travel to the Bahamas and Fort Lauderdale as the vessel operates. B1/B2 visa in hand preferred; Palma meetings encouraged.

DECK/STEWARDESS – PRIVATE / CHARTER

A busy yacht is looking for a capable Deck/Stewardess to join the team.

The yacht is currently in Palma and will be leaving soon; we are happy to meet potential candidates locally before the yacht ships to Fort Lauderdale, where the crew will join.

The role:

• Good housekeeping and service skills
• 1–2 seasons of yacht experience already
• Comfortable working on deck when required
• Tender driving experience
• Happy to be hands‑on and flexible across both departments
• Sharing with a female Chief Officer
• Yacht can charter when possible and is expected to be busy

First trip expected around Thanksgiving, followed by the Bahamas and surrounding areas.

B1/B2 visa in hand preferred.

No frills required, just someone hardworking, practical, and experienced, with a good attitude and strong housekeeping/service skills.
