Namirial is hiring a Database Administrator to join our CTO team and help build a new Data Platform. You will manage SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB and MongoDB across on‑premise and AWS cloud environments, optimizing performance, ensuring security and DR/HA, and collaborating with DevOps.

The role requires strong SQL, HA/DR experience, and fluency in Italian and English; on-call rotations and documentation are part of the job. On-site with flexible hours and remote options.

Formación

• Solid experience in administering Microsoft SQL Server (2018+), MySQL, MariaDB, and MongoDB.
• Experience with HA/DR architectures, replication, clustering, and sharding.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to optimize complex queries.
• Proficiency in backup/restore strategies, monitoring, and logging.
• Experience with database migrations across different platforms and environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as pgAdmin, SSMS, Mongo Compass, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Support for migration projects to/from cloud environments.
• Participation in on-call rotations to support production systems.

We are looking for a Database Administrator (DBA)to join ourCTO team, to be part of a new Data Platform team. You will be involved in the administration and optimization of heterogeneous environments, both on-premise and in the cloud (AWS), ensuring performance, reliability, and security for mission-critical systems.

• Administration and configuration of SQL Server, MongoDB, MariaDB, and MySQL databases
• Management of on-premise and cloud (AWS) environments

YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

Hard Skills

IT'S A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:

• Previous experience in Data Engineer or Data Analyst roles
• Knowledge of advanced data modeling principles or data pipeline development
• Familiarity with orchestration and data processing tools
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana), and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

• Employment Classification: Employee level B1 under the CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria
• Fixed Salary (RAL): €35.000 – €40.000 gross per year, depending on the assessed level of autonomy and responsibility
• Meal vouchers:€7 for each day worked on-site
