AgileEngine is seeking a data management specialist to ensure product data across core systems is complete and accurate while coordinating with stakeholders on PIM uploads and launch readiness.

You will leverage inRiver and other PIM tools, maintain Excel-driven data quality, and communicate requirements clearly to business and technical teams. Flexible/flextime role with both remote and on-site options available.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in data management principles and concepts.
• Understanding of data lifecycle.
• Experience with PIM tools and data stewardship.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Validate that mandatory product data across core systems is complete and accurate.
• Upload product data into the PIM system and resolve data gaps with stakeholders.
• Support business teams with product data usage issues.
• Clarify and communicate data requirements to stakeholders to ensure accuracy aligned with product launch timelines.
• Create, track, and report on product data and launch status.
• Reconfigure and maintain syndication templates in inRiver.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

MUST HAVES

• 3+ years of experience in data management principles and concepts;
• Understanding of data lifecycle;
• Ability to use multiple tools for data stewardship;
• Experience with inRiver or PIM tools (Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo);
• Experience with PIM syndication for retailers or marketplaces;
• Proficiency in Excel;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders;
• Fluent written and spoken English.
