Avery Dennison is seeking a Data Solutions Specialist in Spain to manage customers’ variable data for printed labels, price tags, and content labels. You will serve as the main contact for Retail Brand Clients and global production locations, ensuring smooth information flow for online ordering and production.

The role combines data management, process automation, and ERP system knowledge with strong English and Italian communication. It is a hybrid position with 2–3 days remote per week.

• Proven experience in data management or product development within an ecommerce or solutions environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of process automation and ERP systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian for managing client and internal stakeholder relationships.

About the role

The Data Solutions Specialist manages our customers’ variable data for printed labels including price tags, content labels, and intelligent label solutions. This role acts as a primary point of contact for Retail Brand Clients and for global production locations for variable data-related information, ensuring smooth operations with online ordering, production, and information solutions.

Key responsibilities

Position Type: Hybrid (2–3 days remote per week)

• Manage customers’ variable data for printed labels including price tags, content labels, and intelligent label solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Retail Brand Clients and global production locations for variable data-related information.
• Coordinate closely with production locations, IT, and automation teams to ensure smooth operations with online ordering and production.
