Prime Insights is seeking a Data Scientist to join our Central Data Team in the Balearic Islands. You will build predictive models, recommendation systems, and experimentation frameworks to boost user engagement, lifetime value, and fraud detection in a high-scale product environment.

We value strong Python-based ML skills (Scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM/CatBoost, PyTorch) and Advanced SQL, with the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, ideally within AdTech, Gaming, or FinTech.
• Strong programming experience in Python and ML libraries.
• Proven ability to design and run experiments (A/B testing) and validate results.

Responsabilidades

• Build predictive models to improve engagement and LTV.
• Develop recommendation systems to match offers to users at the right time.
• Create real-time fraud detection and anomaly detection mechanisms.
• Lead experimentation design and ensure statistically significant results.
• Drive advanced analytics beyond descriptive reporting.
