Bending Spoons busca estudiantes o recién graduados para prácticas en Data Science y ML. Se trabajará 100% remoto, diseñando y desplegando modelos, con foco en proyectos punteros de IA y colaboración estrecha con científicos de datos y equipos de ingeniería.

Se valora formación en Python o R, experiencia en ML y DL, y la capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma en un entorno remoto; mentoría continua y posibilidad de crecimiento en tecnología líder en IA.

• Cursando posgrado o doctorado en ciencias cuantitativas o recién graduado con tesis relevante.
• Dominio de Python o R y librerías de ciencia de datos (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Conocimiento profundo de ML y DL y experiencia en visualización de datos.

• Asistir en el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de modelos de machine learning y deep learning.
• Colaborar en la limpieza, transformación y análisis exploratorio de grandes conjuntos de datos.
• Participar en la ingeniería de características (feature engineering) para mejorar el rendimiento de los modelos.
• Ayudar en la validación, prueba y despliegue de modelos de machine learning.
• Escribir código eficiente y bien documentado en Python o R, utilizando librerías relevantes (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Colaborar con los equipos de producto e ingeniería para integrar modelos de IA en aplicaciones existentes.
• Realizar investigaciones sobre nuevas técnicas y algoritmos de machine learning.
• Documentar los modelos, procesos y resultados de manera clara y concisa.

Requirements

• Cursando estudios de posgrado o doctorado en Ciencias de la Computación, Estadística, Matemáticas, Física o un campo cuantitativo similar, o recién graduado/a con una tesis relevante.
• Dominio de Python o R y sus librerías de ciencia de datos/machine learning (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Comprensión profunda de los algoritmos de machine learning (regresión, clasificación, clustering, etc.) y principios de deep learning.
• Experiencia con herramientas de visualización de datos.
• Conocimientos básicos de bases de datos y SQL.
• Excelentes habilidades analíticas, de resolución de problemas y pensamiento crítico.
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo en un entorno remoto.
• Se valorará experiencia con plataformas cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) y herramientas de Big Data.

We are recruiting a new Data Analyst with work knowledge of Python & SQL and proficient in French language.
Under guidance, performs data analytics activities related to complex business problems and issues to provide insight to decision makers. May provide analytic support for internal project teams and for external client consulting or services engagements.

Essential Functions:

• Under guidance, performs basic quantitative or qualitative analyses to support the development of solutions for internal or external client project teams.
• Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets.
• Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.
• May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using existing IQVIA tools.
• Verifies data for accuracy and completeness.
• May manipulate and transform data to optimize analyses.
• Performs audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures or to resolve routine issues.
• May work with stand alone data systems or enterprise wide tools supporting activities such as inquiry resolution, data validation, and trend analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Req
• 1-3 years of previous professional experience preferably working with pharmaceutical data. Req
• Data analysis skills and working knowledge of Microsoft software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access), SQL, PowerBI, Python.
• Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
• Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of the business.
• Knowledge of the methods, tools and techniques related to one's functional area.
• Knowledge of the industry and an understanding of the marketplace.
