Job summary

Lidl International Hub is seeking a Data Product Manager to bridge stakeholders, users, and execution teams within the Insights Services area. You will lead requirement discovery, collaborate with Product Owners, and drive data-driven product iterations across our analytics ecosystem.

You will conduct exploratory analyses on data assets, translate insights into business value, and work with the Squad Tech Lead to align backlog with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• SQL knowledge is required.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools.
• Fluency in English to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement discovery and backlog prioritization with Product Owners.
• Monitor consumption patterns and translate insights into product iterations.
• Conduct hands-on exploratory analysis to test business hypotheses.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Tech Lead to prioritize backlog.
