Affinity is seeking a Data Analyst to help customers onboard by importing data and configuring the platform to support their workflows. You will collaborate with Onboarding, Implementation, and Customer Success teams and directly engage customers to gather requirements and deliver actionable reports.

You will transform data, manage imports, and build dashboards that reveal insights, while communicating timelines and data formats across stakeholders.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, operations, or a related field.
• Excel / Google Sheets power user — comfortable with lookups, pivot tables, and text manipulation.
• Strong client communication skills, with the ability to lead requirements conversations and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Confident communicator who can present data findings and reports to non-technical stakeholders clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Import and transform customer CSV data into Affinity and configure tables, lists, and fields.
• Manage the data import queue with discipline — tracking status, ETA, priority, and next steps for every import.
• Clean, deduplicate, and validate data to ensure high-quality imports.
• Map customer data to Affinity’s data model with Onboarding and Implementation teams.
• Lead requirements-gathering conversations to understand data structures, workflows, and reporting needs.
• Translate customer requirements into structured data configurations and reports aligned with business goals.
• Build and deliver clear reports and dashboards that surface insights from imported data.
• Communicate proactively with customers to clarify data formats, align on timelines, and keep stakeholders informed.
