Danone busca un Data & Analytics Manager para impulsar decisiones basadas en datos en un entorno europeo, con énfasis en gobernanza, calidad y adopción de analítica autoservicio. Se trabajará con equipos distribuidos en varios mercados y funciones, asegurando que las soluciones analíticas respalden objetivos estratégicos.

Se requieren 3 años de experiencia en Data & Analytics y dominio de herramientas como Databricks y Power BI, con fluidez en inglés y español.

Formación

• 3 años de experiencia comprobada en Data & Analytics, BI, Data Product Management u funciones relacionadas.
• Conocimiento sólido del dominio de negocio en al menos una de las áreas: ventas, marketing, finanzas u operaciones.
• Capacidad de traducir desafíos de negocio en soluciones analíticas que aporten valor medible.
• Experiencia trabajando con plataformas analíticas modernas como Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure o similares.
• Fuerte comprensión de gobernanza de datos, calidad de datos y buenas prácticas de informes.

Responsabilidades

• Impulsar la entrega y evolución de productos de Data & Analytics que apoyen objetivos estratégicos.
• Colaborar con líderes de negocio para traducir necesidades en soluciones escalables de datos e informes.
• Garantizar la fiabilidad, calidad y gobernanza de activos analíticos críticos y modelos semánticos.
• Promover la adopción de analítica self-service manteniendo estándares empresariales.
• Gestionar stakeholders a través de funciones y mercados, priorizando y maximizando el valor.
• Liderar iniciativas transfuncionales con equipos de negocio, ingenieros de datos y partners externos.
• Contribuir a la hoja de ruta de Data & Analytics identificando mejoras de eficiencia e insights.
• Defender una cultura de datos para la toma de decisiones basada en datos.

The Data & Analytics Manager will act as the key business partner for data-driven decision making, ensuring the effective delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of analytics products and services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drive the delivery and evolution of Data & Analytics products that support strategic business objectives.
• Partner with business leaders to translate business needs into scalable data and reporting solutions.
• Ensure the reliability, quality, and governance of critical analytics assets, reports, and semantic models.
• Promote and accelerate self-service analytics adoption while maintaining enterprise standards and best practices.
• Manage stakeholders across multiple functions and markets, aligning priorities and driving value realization.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving business teams, data engineers, architects, and external partners.
• Contribute to the Data & Analytics roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, insights, and business outcomes.
• Act as a champion for data culture, fostering data-driven decision making throughout the organization.

Acerca de ti

We are seeking a business-oriented Data & Analytics professional with strong stakeholder management capabilities, a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to operate effectively within a European product organization

Experience & Expertise

• 3 years proven experience in Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Product Management, or related functions.
• Strong business domain knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Sales, Marketing, Finance or Operations
• Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions that create measurable business value.
• Demonstrated experience working with modern analytics platforms such as Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and enterprise reporting best practices.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work effectively with remote and geographically distributed teams across Europe.

Education & Languages

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Additional European languages are considered an advantage.

• Availability to travel occasionally across Europe.
